We promote Irish culture regionally and nationally by enriching communities in Ireland through the arts. 

  • We help nourish communities where everyone has access to the educational, social and life-enhancing benefits of the creative arts in all their forms and expressions.

  • We promote access to the arts in Ireland for all, regardless of socio-demographic differences.

  • We go beyond encouraging participation in the arts: we promote 'co-production' between community members, artists, and arts educators.

  • Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy is based on our belief that everyone can be themselves in the knowledge that they will be accepted and treated fairly with dignity and respect.

  • Whether it is classical music or spoken word, theatre or mural painting, song-writing or photography, we connect the arts to communities—to empower and inspire those
    who are often excluded from cultural enrichment.
     

  • Through the cultivating power of the arts, we help raise aspirations, build self-esteem,
    reduce isolation, and enhance wellbeing—in short, we aim to create art-enriched communities.
     

  • We devise and promote artistic projects led by exceptional professional artists and educators.

  • We embrace and platform a rich diversity of arts practices and practitioners.
     

  • We have a robust Child Protection Policy, which
    is available on request. 
     

  • We develop strategic partnerships with national institutions, regional and local organisations,
    and individuals to enhance and promote Irish arts and their positive impact on communities through the provision of cultural events, creativity workshops, bespoke coaching, and arts-educational services.
